Application Process

How to Apply

To apply for the ADA/ADS (2-Year Degree Program-Semester System), please follow these four essential steps to ensure a smooth admission process.

Visit the College Office

Admissions for ADA/ADS are conducted strictly on-campus. Visit the admission desk during the notified semester registration period.

Purchase Prospectus

Obtain the official ADA/ADS prospectus and admission form. Note that separate forms are required if applying for multiple subject combinations.

Complete Documentation

Fill out the form accurately. Attach attested copies of your Intermediate result card, CNIC/B-Form, and photographs as required by the semester regulations.

Submit and Confirm Admission

Submit the form before the deadline. Once your name appears on the departmental merit list, deposit the semester dues to secure your seat.

ADA & ADS Requirements

Academic Score: Minimum 45% marks in FA/FSc/ICS/I.Com. Concessional "star marks" are ineligible for merit calculation.

Age Limit: Applicant must not exceed 24 years. Age relaxation is subject to Government and University rules.

Subject Eligibility: ADS requires FSc (Pre-Med/Pre-Eng) or ICS with relevant math. ADA is open to all Intermediate backgrounds.

Identity: 2 copies of Student CNIC/B-Form and 2 copies of Father’s CNIC are mandatory.

Records: 2 attested copies of Matric and Intermediate result cards (Annual or Supplementary).

Photos: 4 recent passport-size photos with blue background, attested on the back.

Certificates: Character Certificate, Health Proforma, and NOC (if from a Board other than Sahiwal).

Note: Students with a gap in their academic years must submit a legal Affidavit (Gap Certificate).

Admission Policy for ADA/ADS (2-Year Degree Program)

Operated under the Semester System as per University & Govt. Regulations

  • Eligibility: Candidates who have successfully passed Intermediate (FA/F.Sc/ICS/I.Com) or an equivalent qualification are eligible to apply for ADA or ADS.
  • Semester Merit Basis: Admissions are granted strictly on a merit basis, calculated from the marks obtained in Intermediate exams.
  • Age Limit: The standard age limit is 24 years. However, age relaxation may be granted according to the current Government and University policies.
  • Discipline Selection: Candidates must specify their subject combinations for ADA (Arts) or ADS (Science) at the time of form submission.
  • Migration & NOC: Students from Boards other than the local jurisdiction must provide an original NOC and Migration Certificate to secure their registration in the Semester System.

College Rules & Guidelines

Attendance & Leave

  • 75% attendance is mandatory for University exams.
  • Missing internal exams will result in withheld admission.
  • Struck off college rolls after 15 consecutive absences.
  • Medical leave > 4 days requires a Govt. MS certificate.

Uniform & Conduct

  • White Shalwar Kameez (Shoulder flaps required).
  • Black closed shoes and black socks; no jewelry.
  • Mobiles prohibited (Fine: Rs. 1000 + Confiscation).
  • College ID cards must be worn at all times.

ADA/ADS Rules

Promotion: A minimum 2.00 CGPA is required to promote to the next semester.

Probation: Students with a GPA between 1.70 and 2.00 in any semester will be placed on probation.

Dismissal: Failing more than 50% of subjects or failing to maintain a 1.50 CGPA in the first two semesters results in being dropped from the program.

Scholarships

  • Kinship: Half tuition fee waiver for siblings in Govt. college.
  • Teachers: Full waiver for elder daughter (Teachers up to G-15).
  • Merit: Awards available from Govt, University, and Board.

Hostel (60 Seats)

Food charges: Rs. 7000/month.

Only authorized relatives (with photos) may visit.

Weekend curfew: 6 PM (Summer) / 4 PM (Winter).
